My name is Daniela Uzunova.
My career has been built in international corporations such as Nestlé, Danone, and DS Smith, with long-standing experience in senior leadership roles, including Country Manager, HR Director for South-East Europe, Marketing Manager, and Commercial Manager.
For more than twenty years, I have worked where strategy meets reality — in environments of growth, pressure, reorganizations, and crises. I have participated in and led restructurings, organizational transformations, and performance improvement initiatives, and have seen firsthand why strong strategies so often fail at the point of execution.
I approach change in a practical and human-centered way. I believe execution does not depend on motivational slogans, but on whether an organization is clearly designed — with the right roles, decisions, and accountabilities.
This inside experience is the foundation of Reformicca. I founded Reformicca to help leadership teams implement their strategy and navigate change with clarity and control.
